He is survived by wife Karen of home address, children Patrick (Dawn Madura-Malone) Malone, Washington, D.C., Brant Schreiner, Brittney Schreiner ( David Fisher), grandchildren Cortney Malone, Clio Malone, Silas Malone, sisters Merrily Dethier, Virginia Beach, VA, Peggy (Gaylon) Edson, Ft. His family, friends and community will truly miss him. Dennis had a great sense of humor and people loved his story telling and jokes. Over the years, Dennis made many friends and he cherished his annual trip with his high school buddies, a tradition that he enjoyed for the past 10 years. Schreiner, at Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Colorado Springs, Colorado.ĭennis was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, the Colorado Bar Association, Past President of the Las Animas County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Kiwanis Club, and past board member of Noah’s Ark. On December 5, 1992, Dennis was united in marriage to Karen K. He loved his community and was always a champion for the less fortunate. In 1972, Dennis graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.ĭennis began practicing law in Trinidad in 1973. He was a graduate of Colorado College in 1969 and during that time was a linebacker for the CC Tigers. He was born in Ithaca, New York, on December 8, 1947, and grew up in Fort Morgan, Colorado, where he graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 1965. Dennis Michael Malone, Esquire, was welcomed home in Heaven by his parents Mary and Don Malone, on March 10, 2018.
